Our commission is twofold: to serve the community with compassion and presence, and to equip the Church to demonstrate Christ's love beyond its walls.
Our Ministers and Chaplains provide compassionate, Spirit-led Pastoral care and Chaplain services. They listen with empathy and offer a peaceful presence. They help nurture emotional wellness and bring a calming presence in times of crisis, trauma, grief, illness, or loss. Our Chaplains serve the community by visiting homes and hospitals,
Our Ministers and Chaplains provide compassionate, Spirit-led Pastoral care and Chaplain services. They listen with empathy and offer a peaceful presence. They help nurture emotional wellness and bring a calming presence in times of crisis, trauma, grief, illness, or loss. Our Chaplains serve the community by visiting homes and hospitals, providing pastoral care, officiating weddings and funerals, and offering prayer when requested. Carry Presence Ministries also trains and equips individuals and churches by providing training on Spirit-led ministry beyond the church.
CPM Founder
Rev. Dr. Lancaster, a Board Certified Clinical Chaplain and Board Certified Pastoral Counselor, stands as a powerful testament to what it means to serve as a Spirit-filled minister. Her academic achievements - two Postgraduate Certificates in Chaplaincy, a Doctor of Ministry in Professional Chaplaincy, a Master of Divinity in Professional Chaplaincy, and completion of Five Units of Clinical Pastoral Education reflect not only her intellect, but her commitment to prepare herself for Spirit-filled ministry. She also completed Police & Fire Chaplain Training Academy and has faithfully served as a Fire, Police, and Hospital Chaplain. Her ministry reaches from the local church across the mission field into the marketplace, where she continues to embody and demonstrate Spirit-filled ministry service.
Equipping and training
Moved by Christ’s boundless love, our chaplains walk alongside those who are hurting or in need, wherever suffering is found, through home visits, hospital visits, or any place requested for Chaplain Services or Pastoral Care Requests.
